24 Hour Fitness locations in Oregon, Washington, California, Colorado, Arizona SDC has provided electrical and mechanical design services for this national fitness client since 1999. Projects have ranged from revisions for existing athletic clubs to new athletic clubs, ranging from 30,000 to 60,000 SF. Designs range from newly constructed Super Sports in suburban settings to a tenant improvement in a historic downtown Portland building. Several projects have been designed to LEED criteria. The Spa at Salishan Lincoln City, Oregon Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for new spa building at Salishan Spa & Golf Resort overlooking scenic Siletz Bay on the Oregon Coast. Skagit Valley Casino and Resort Sedro Woolley, Washington Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for new hotel and swimming pool buildings. Spirit Mountain Casino Expansion Grand Ronde, Oregon Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for non-smoking expansion of casino.
