Dollar Tree Regional Distribution Center Ridgefield, WA Mechanical and electrical design for a 500,000 square foot distribution center including 25,000 square feet of offices. Design included provisions for an additional 200,000 square feet of warehouse and automated order pick/shipping system. Pittock Building Portland, Oregon Mechanical and electrical design for backup power systems for a building wide power system to support multiple telcom tenants. The overall generating capacity installed was over 7.25 megawatts split into six separate generators. Fuel storage capacity included two 4,000 gallon diesel fuel tanks. Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) Ampere Annex Z-995 Building Vancouver, WA SDC provided Mechanical and electrical design for the renovation of the Ampere Annex building at BPA's Ross campus in Vancouver, Washington. The project was the renovation of an existing 60-year-old standard warehouse building into an office building and an electronics-recycling center. It is located within the Bonneville Power Administration Ross campus in Vancouver, Washington.
