The Avenue Lofts (Portland, Oregon)

SDC provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for the conversion of the historic Meier & Frank Warehouse into high-rise condominium building. The Avenue Lofts are located in Portland's Pearl District and have 167 condominiums, three levels of parking, and interior courtyard and an exercise facility.

Built in 1923, the Meier & Frank Warehouse is a classic example of industrial warehouse design and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
